Job Description

• The Quality Inspector conducts origination inspection of parts and supplies, ensuring the quality of products through assessment and analyses using specific procedural standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized procedures to perform first part, final, and receiving inspections on a wide variety of parts and assemblies.
• Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, and test rigs.
• Accurately compare products to engineering drawings/specifications, purchase orders, and inspection plans using common manual inspection equipment.
• Identify and document non-conformances.
• Provide constructive feedback for quality improvement.
• Work under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques.
