Quality Inspector - Technician (CMM)

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional measurement and quality inspection for in-process, finished, assembled parts and FA parts according to part drawings and specifications.
• Use variety of precision measuring instruments such as CMM, VMM, profilometer, indicators, height gauge, micrometers and any other inspection gauges. Hands on handling CMM Zeiss Calypso is an added advantage.
• Review and interpret drawings (per ASME Y14.5M) and customer specification to perform visual and dimensional inspections.
• Review and verify all non-conformance items and issue Non-Conformance Report when found during the inspection.
• Ensure all parts are inspected promptly and released in a timely manner to avoid any line down-time.
• Develop and maintain QC inspection reports appropriately.
• Record, trend, and maintain Cp/Cpk data using SPC software.
• Understand customer FAIR requirements and ensure 5S at workplace all time...
