Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Lab Manager in his/her routine job.
- Perform routine laboratory testing, inspections, and sample analysis according to established procedures and standards.
- Perform regular gas sampling from CVI furnaces and test with Gas Chromotograph.
- Prepare, label, and document samples accurately.
- Managing lab testing report and comply with the archiving procedure.
- Perform 1st level maintenance on the quality lab equipment (5S, regular cleaning, basic troubleshooting & escalation to maintenance team).
- Support laboratory test equipment readiness and validate the test method.
- Supporting Quality common Key Performance Index (KPI).
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives as assigned.
- Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative, etc.
