Quality Laboratory Technician

As a Quality Laboratory Technician, you will analyze materials and products at different stages of the process according to specifications, test methods, and instructions established by PPG Comex in the Quality Management System, to determine their conformity or non-conformity.

This position reports to Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the sampling plan to ensure the representativeness of the batches to be evaluated.
• Analyze samples of materials and products to determine their conformity or non-conformity with specifications.
• Monitor and report the validity of standards to ensure they are up to date and guarantee accurate results.
• Safeguard production batch samples to ensure product traceability.
• Address and respond to product complaints.
• Record results in the RPP system to maintain evidence of result quality.
