Key Responsibilities-

● Conduct regular quality audits of charter sales representatives across calls, emails, and CRM activities.

● Ensure sales hygiene throughout the sales cycle, including documentation, follow-ups, and CRM accuracy.

● Verify strict adherence to SOPs, pricing guidelines, and approval workflows.

● Audit sales conversations to ensure no over-promising and that all information shared with customers is accurate and compliant.

● Evaluate sales interactions for efficacy, including need discovery, solution fit, communication clarity, and closure effectiveness.
