Quality Lead

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Quality Lead to join our team.  This position will be responsible for compliance with the Quality Management Program (QMP) and directing and managing all QMP work. This position can be based in several cities, including: San Diego, Tucson, and El Paso.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Developing, implementing and enforcement of the project Quality Management Plan.  Coordinates and directs the inspection of work performed by multiple disciplines. Performs all functions and responsibilities in partnership with the company’s culture, corporate vision, ethics and code of conduct.

• Manages the quality assurance staff and all specialty subcontractor inspection entities to ensure all disciplines are in compliance with applicable owner/architect and government specifications, codes, regulations and requirements.
