Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Lead to joina successful and expanding uPVC window, door, and conservatory manufacturing business based in Norwich. The Quality Lead will work closely with Production Team Leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure full compliance with industry standards and company quality objectives. This role is central to maintaining product excellence, improving processes, and supporting continuous improvement across all stages of fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards including ISO 1, BS EN standards, PS Certification, CE marking, and other applicable industry requirements.
  • Lead the implementation, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of quality control procedures throughout all stages of uPVC window and door fabrication.
