Under supervision of the Quality Manager, the Quality Lead is responsible for oversight and guidance of the Quality Coordinator (s) and Quality Auditors (s) in the performance of monitoring program functional areas. The Quality Lead also performs audits and inspections utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Plans, Work Instructions and other documented process documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of processes. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data and recommending courses of action to improve performance or resolve problems, and mentoring employees, supervisors and management staff in quality management principles, theories, tools, and systems.
