Quality Management Executive

To participate and assist implementation of the staff development program or company improvement or development projects.

Preparation of projects briefs and feasibility studies for the purpose of evaluating new projects or proposed improvement plan.

To execute detailed implementation plans for projects with respect to manpower, time scheduled tasks, and costs estimation.

To monitor works progress, anticipate and resolve problems and contractual disputes

To ensure quality objectives and targets are met.

Authorize to stop production to correct quality problem.

To assist in ISO & Quality Management System (QMS) implementation.

Responsible for reviewing current work processes and procedures across the company and identifying areas of improvement.

To standardize and formalize the work processes. Continually monitor the outcome of the projects in order to review performance and make adjustments if needed.
