The Quality Management System (QMS) Supervisor is responsible for establishing, implementing, and sustaining the Quality Management System across the memorial parks and real estate operations. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and service quality expectations covering property development, memorial services, customer experience, facilities management, and after-sales operations.
