Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Calidad en relación a la Producción y a todos los procesos de trabajo desarrollados en la Empresa. Garantizar la adecuada atención a los Incumplimientos de Calidad durante las auditorías.
- Minimum of 5 years of Management experience in manufacturing operations.
- **Automotive Tier 2 experience is a must**, Tier 1 experience a plus
- Bachelor degree on related field is required, complementary training in 6 sigma a plus
- **Experience in automotive manufacturing environment.**:
- **Deep knowledge and experience in core tools**, statistical analysis and interpretion
- Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Strong ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
- Excellent ability and experience mentoring and coaching a team with diverse levels of expertise.
