Responsibilities
Input to the setting of Bangalore BU Quality Objectives and their delivery Perform internal audits and follow up on open corrective action items Provide advice and assistance to colleagues on QMS matters Provide input to Proposals Support ISO9001 certification Support the efficient development and updating of QMS documents Support Continuous Improvement and identify process improvements through:The capture and transfer of lessons on Projects Analyse monthly customer feedback results Implement and embed improvements on projects and associated sites Maintain the monthly Quality Key Performance metrics Liaise regularly with the Office Operations Manager, Head of Projects and Head of Engineering to drive initiatives across the Bangalore BU. Actively support the use of scope. within the Bangalore BU.
Qualifications
Degree qualified in an architectural/engineering or similar discipline Broad experience on multi-discipline projects Good communication skills Self-starter and decision maker
We wish to appoint a Quality Manager to support the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive excellent and consistent service delivery across the Dublin BU operation. Based in the Bangalore, this position covers A/E Design, CQV and Managed Services sites.
Reporting to the Group Quality Manager, the successful applicant will identify and embed improvements in our service delivery platforms and work practices.
