Quality Manager

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is looking to hire a Quality Manager for our client in Binghamton, NY. Our client is looking for someone who will lead and oversee all quality assurance and control processes. A successful candidate will be experienced and detail oriented, ensure products meet regulatory and customer requirements, manage audits, and lead a team to drive continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System.

Lead internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory body audits.

Oversee inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products.

Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and lead root cause investigations.

Train and mentor quality staff, inspectors, and production teams on quality standards and procedures.

Manage document control, calibration, and configuration management systems.
