Duties

• Own the QMS: Maintain and improve our Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards .
• Lead Audits: Coordinate internal and external audits. Serve as the management representative for certification bodies .
• Solve Problems: Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA). Stop issues from repeating .
