Quality Manager

Summary of Duties: The Manager of Quality willdevelop and oversee quality management systems in compliance with AS 9100.           

Specific Duties:   Provides overall leadership and management of all aspects of company and supplier quality for continuous process improvement and high-quality output.   Directs operations of Quality Department including quality levels of incoming materials, manufactured components and finished products.  Establishes overall quality levels and specifications; conducts audits of systems and products to assure compliance with corporate, customer and industry requirements. Supervises quality assurance personnel.   Implement and execute all AS 9100 procedures to identify and drive resolution of process inefficiencies, product quality issues, and vendor and customer issues.
