Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Quality Manager.
**What you’ll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
To improve organizational effectiveness through the coordination and deployment of the Eaton Quality System to ensure the business meets growth, productivity, and quality objectives. Specific responsibilities will be: Eaton Quality System, and Lead the plant’s effort to understand and excel in the Eaton Business Excellence criteria.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Drive continual improvement in the Eaton Business Excellence process throughout the organization.
- Develop a competent, high performance quality staff and promote a positive quality culture throughout the facility.
- Deliver an optimized total quality system in accordance with Eaton quality standards and industry best practices.
- Analyze organizational Quality metrics and perform Management Reviews to evaluate results and recommend countermeasures to close gaps at the operational level.
