Quality Manager

-Plan, develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the total quality assurance function for Escalator Plant.
-Oversee the development and implementation of the quality system.
-Manage and direct activities in the Quality Assurance activities.
-Develop and manage division quality organization including management of ISO certification.
-Facilitate and participate in quality improvement projects.
-Plan and implement quality training.
-Plan quality objectives and measurement systems.
-Participate in product development teams - assure quality product, process, testing.
-Perform and document results of factory and job site audits.
-Provide supplier management with purchasing personnel.
-Assist in development of Quality module.
-Develop and maintain customer feedback/satisfaction system.
