**Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager**
**Job Description**
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and directing a quality program to ensure quality control and quality assurance in product production. The role involves writing and maintaining quality standards and procedures to eliminate pipe failure in the field and explaining specific quality problems to production management to request necessary changes for product quality improvement.
**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate and direct the quality program to ensure adherence to established standards.
+ Write and maintain quality standards and procedures.
+ Eliminate pipe failure in the field by implementing effective quality measures.
+ Explain specific quality problems to production management.
+ Request changes required to upgrade product quality.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in quality assurance, ISO 9001, quality engineering, and quality management.
+ Proficiency in audit processes and AS9100 standards.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Welding Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
+ Two to four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred or two to four years of demonstrated experience using formal problem-solving techniques.
+ Strong language skills for reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical information.
+ Advanced mathematical skills for computing ratios, percentages, and interpreting graphs.
+ Strong reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
+ Proficient in manufacturing software, project management software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
