1. Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical engineering
2. Experience in stainless steel industry
3. Familiar with the inspection and testing equipment
4. Familiar with various national and international standards.
5. Lead auditor in ISO 9001 system
6. Have experience in Quality control and Quality assurance
7. High analytical skills to interpret situations, identify factors, and come up with solutions
8. Ability to establish decision criteria, generate and evaluate alternatives
9. Ability to develop and protect processes that may impact certain qualities
10. Ability to implement and execute inspection, testing, and evaluation methods
