Key
Responsibilities:




  • Quality Control & Inspection:


  • Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process
    production, and finished products.

  • Perform quality tests and document results in
    accordance with company standards.

  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive action
    plans (CAPA).


  • Process Improvement:


  • Analyze production processes to identify areas for
    quality enhancement.

  • Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams
    to implement process optimizations.

  • Reduce defects and rework costs by improving
    operational efficiencies.


  • Compliance & Standards:


  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, industry regulations,
    and customer requirements.

  • Maintain documentation for audits and quality
    certifications.

  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental
    guidelines.


  • Testing & Validation:


  • Oversee product testing procedures, including
    durability, performance, and reliability testing.

  • Implement Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other
    quality methodologies.

  • Investigate customer complaints and implement quality
    resolutions.


  • Reporting & Documentation:


  • Generate quality reports and maintain records of
    defects and corrective actions.

  • Provide training on quality assurance processes to
    production staff.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain material
    quality standards.
