A leading business process outsourcing company in Quezon City is seeking a Quality Manager to drive quality governance and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Quality Director, you will implement a Quality Management System across teams, manage client discussions about quality performance, and oversee training initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of leadership experience in a BPO environment. This role requires commitment to quality enhancement and operational excellence. Candidates should be willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
