Job Description

Lead the organization's Quality team.
Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Provide tools and support to Quality Engineers to achieve organizational objectives (KPIs, RWK, OBA).
Represent the Plant with Clients and Corporate Quality Division.
Establish and maintain quality criteria for plant processes.
Promote and ensure a culture of quality across all areas and levels of the company.
Implement effective controls in critical plant processes.
Solve problems using scientific and structured methods.
Drive continuous improvement values and practices at operational and administrative levels.
Requirements:
Completed professional career.
Fluent conversational and written English – indispensable requirement.
Proven experience in a similar quality position.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams or projects.
