Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Manager for a pioneer in the Food Service Packaging Industry. We are looking for someone who is able to build a quality program from the ground up and will ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality programs
  • Manage the food code compliance program and support audit preparation
  • Set and track quality goals and metrics
  • Lead quality improvement projects
  • Resolve food safety and process issues

    • Required Skills:

  • Strong Communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency with data collection, analysis and project management
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft office and statistical tools such as Minitab

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field
