Your tasks
Plan and define department resourses (personnel, investments, expenditures, etc.). Manage the department resources according to the department needs and the budget plan. Select and developt personnel under his responsibility.
Define personnel targets according location strategies for the personnel under his responsibility. Participate as internal auditor in the system audits. As a process owner, is the first interface to the third party auditor (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, customer,etc). Define key process indicators to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the subprocesses or tasks within the process of his/her responsability. Leader to resolve any non conformity/opportunity found in the processes of his/her responsability. Define the methods to assure process effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor the main sources of the automotive industry like: IATF, AIAG, Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) to identify any change and and notify it to the organization. Monitor Pro...
