Roles and Responsibilities

  • Electrical Quality Engineering or a related discipline with at least 6 to 7 years of experience. Max 9 yrs
  • Electromagnetic analysis experience with good working experience in manufacturing processes of motor, such as winding, coil welding process, IP Test qualification criteria & good understanding of motor functional testing, etc.
  • Strong understanding of validating motor manufacturing processes with the aim of zero process rejection.
  • Good Knowledge of motor child parts manufacturing processes, such as Rotor, stator & shaft assembly processes.
  • Good Understanding of battery pack manufacturing processes, such as Cell sorting, Glue application, Cell welding, IP test & strong exposure to relevant poka-yoke at manufacturing process to achieve zero rejection.
  • Strong exposure to QMS (Quality Management System) & EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) processes.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting methods using GD & T (Must), QC story, and multiple 5 why analysis.
  • Conduct Q activities during the various stages of development (Proto, Off-tool/off-process, pre-RAR, RAR & release the part production process at the supplier for series production with the aim of zero quality issues
  • Performance System implementation & audit improvements through world-class manufacturing techniques for improvement in process & product performance.
