Role Overview

This vice president–level role provides leadership and direction on all quality matters across a platform or domain. The Quality Manager ensures that work packages transition seamlessly from development into live environments, driving the adoption of quality standards and policies, using automation to accelerate delivery, and maintaining customer-centric outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership on quality assurance across the platform or domain
  • Produce comprehensive quality strategies and detailed test plans to enable the continual flow of work packages
  • Undertake end-to-end test management, including planning, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, lessons learnt, and governance
