Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to support the Quality team with operational, documentation, reporting, and communication activities. This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in governance, task tracking, and process organization. This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable supporting leadership in critical operational routines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with case audits and sampling processes, including evidence organization and documentation.
  • Perform operational tasks such as access control, personnel tracking, and spreadsheet management.
  • Track task delivery, deadlines, and follow-ups with BPO teams.
  • Support policy update tracking, document organization, and version control.
  • Assist with communication cascades to QAs, Supervisors, and leadership teams.
