Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to support the Quality team with operational, documentation, reporting, and communication activities. This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in governance, task tracking, and process organization. This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable supporting leadership in critical operational routines.Responsibilities
Assist with case audits and sampling processes, including evidence organization and documentation.
Perform operational tasks such as access control, personnel tracking, and spreadsheet management.
Track task delivery, deadlines, and follow-ups with BPO teams.
Support policy update tracking, document organization, and version control.
Assist with communication cascades to QAs, Supervisors, and leadership teams.
Interface directly with QA Leads, Coordinators, and Managers.
Support ad hoc requests from the Sales team.
