Job Description


Components Quality Packaging Technician reporting to Components Quality Manager.
He/she will be part of the Quality team, taking care of maintaining quality standards for packaging components  and quality level for external vendors.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES:


•    Maintain systems and indicators to measure the quality performance of vendors, reporting these results internally on a monthly and daily basis.
•    Take the necessary actions (Quality surveillance, technical assistance, reinforcement of the inspections...) to ensure continuous improvement of Quality Components in the Production filling line.
•    Establish and implement the necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of Quality Component  issues across all departments (production, technical department, purchasing, planning...).
•    Auditor in packaging vendors  in terms of GMP, 5S and Quality , Sampling… 
•    Lead and track the improvement actions on the components of his/her Value stream and assigned suppliers, performing technical or assessment visits when needed
•    Maintenance and standardization of the Quality Documentation related to packaging 

THE IDEAL FIT


•    Engineering or Technical Degree

•    At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. 
•    Experience with TQM Tools (CA cycle, flowcharting, Pareto and fishbone diagrams). Ability to manage Database and reporting tools
•    Analytical Mindset
•    GMP + ISO knowledge (mandatory procedure management)
•    Advanced user of office tools
•    Fluent English 
•    Quality Audit experience (not mandatory)
•    Teamwork-communication skills
•    Customer & Consumer Focused 
•    SAP Knowledge
