**Job Title: Quality Process Controller - 2nd Shift** **Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Process Controller to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for recording critical 'in process' parameters within a forge environment, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of production processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Record optical pyrometer readings for tooling and material temperatures, both on and off die.
+ Monitor furnace soak times, forging times, and ramp-up times.
+ Extract rolling parameters and tonnage data from specific ring-roll mills and presses.
+ Report any 'in process' non-conformances to the Quality Department and other relevant parties.
+ Maintain and archive documentation according to company procedures.
+ Interpret blueprints and measure parts in accordance with them.
+ Interface with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
