Understanding Manufacturing critical issues and solving the problem through problem solving methods.
? Ensuring containment action took in place to ensure Manufacturing running smoothly
? Working closely with RSA team for root cause analysis
? Proving inputs to Design / Supplier team for solving problems
? Working with various Swimlane (CFT) to solve manufacturing BUG s
? Working with IPQC team to ensure right quality vehicles / Battery building at Factory
? Drive projects to improve Manufacturing KPI
? Working in proactive mode to reduce field issues (1MIS, 3MIS, 6MIS and warrant cost)
? Respond to Manufacturing BUG s / Field BUG s putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
? Act as a point of contact for Manufacturing issues

WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
? Very good knowledge in problem solving (QC tools)
? Excellent leadership and man- management skills
? Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
? Understanding of Electrical and Electronic Systems
? Familiarity with high-voltage and low-voltage systems
? Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
? Proficiency in identifying wiring faults like open circuits, short circuits, or insulation breakdown.
? Experience with cable management and termination techniques.
? Knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and through-hole PCB assembly processes.
? Ability to identify component failures like damaged capacitors, resistors, or ICs.
? Hands-on experience with PCB debugging tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
? Familiarity with power electronics, including IGBTs, MOSFETs, and inverters.
? Diagnosing motor controller issues like overheating, noise, or torque inconsistencies.
? Proficiency in debugging CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, or I2C communication issues.
? Familiarity with software tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, or similar.
? Basic knowledge of embedded systems and firmware debugging.
? Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
? Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components and equipment
