Job Description
**Position Summary**
The Quality Screening Technician I tests and inspects capacitors and capacitor banks to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, performing reliability testing, customer quality support, and in-process inspections in a manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Conduct reliability and performance testing (life, thermal, vibration, voltage, leak, and shock).
+ Perform electrical and functional tests, document results, and ensure product compliance.
+ Support customer quality efforts through data reporting, returns processing, and defect analysis.
+ Perform in-process inspections and collaborate with production to resolve quality issues.
**Criteria for Success**
+ 1–3 years of inspection experience in manufacturing.
+ Proficient with test equipment and measurement tools.
+ Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards preferred.
+ Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
