The Quality department at the Sterling Stamping Plant is currently seeking a highly skilled, solutions-oriented Quality Lead to join the team.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist in root cause, containment and corrective actions for all quality related issues
- Initiate investigations of quality concerns internally, at supplier locations and resulting from customer feedback and utilize data to drive issues to closure
- Achieve timely completion of containment corrective actions (Performance action notices)
