Job Description
CPC Engineering are seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to join our corporate HSEQ team and lead quality assurance and control across operations, engineering, and project delivery.
This is a hands-on, influential role for a quality professional who thrives on compliance, continuous improvement, and driving ISO 9001 excellence across a multi-entity business.
About the Role
Reporting to our HSEQ Manager and working closely with Divisional Managers you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Supporting the project delivery and operations divisions with the development of Project and Contract specific quality assurance and control processes such as Quality Management Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, Inspection and Test records.
- Supporting the development and delivery of the Quality element of the Business HSEQ Strategy and other continual improvement strategies.
- Acting as the subject matter expert for Quality across operations, projects, engineering, and fabrication
- Leading and maintaining ISO 9001 certification, audits, and quality systems
- Strengthening existing QA/QC processes, plans, inspections, and reporting across the business
- Partnering with project teams, workshops, and suppliers to ensure consistent quality outcomes
- Being the main drivers of continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and lessons learned
- Supporting the internal HSEQ Audit schedule and external ISO or client Audits / reviews.
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong Quality background within construction, mining, engineering, or metal fabrication
- Understanding of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and fabrication disciplines.
- Demonstrated success in achieving ISO 9001 certification across multi entity businesses.
- Sound knowledge of WA Mines and WorkSafe regulations, codes and Australian standards.
- You will be highly organised, analytical, and confident communicating at all levels
