Quality Specialist

Desjardins’s Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance (WMLHI) IT Division is looking for a quality assurance specialist to join its quality assurance team. This team’s mission is to help WMLHI IT teams become more autonomous, in terms of mastering practices and tools, as well as improve their development processes to speed up the delivery of quality solutions. As a quality specialist, you play a key role in establishing and implementing the elements needed to ensure that quality is properly managed in complex business and IT solutions. You support and advise project management and other members of the QA team in your field of expertise. As a practice leader, you’ll also take a leadership role in integrating QA approaches into the processes for rolling out, maintaining and updating the sector’s IT solutions.
