Department Details:
The Quality Consulting team is tasked by the Regional Medical Director of Quality and/or the Chief Quality Officer to support high-priority quality projects. While our role varies based on the needs of the project, it may include: a) leading short-term projects with a defined end-point, b) launching new programs, handing them off to a permanent home once the project is -mature,- c) partnering with existing program leads to optimize current practices and/or provide strategic guidance, and d) providing ad hoc support to quality leadership.
