Job Description / Objective:

Coordinate and implement tools to monitor and validate manufacturing processes, as well as lead the activities of Quality Engineers (Customers, Processes, Production, and Projects). The main objective is to minimize costs due to errors and ensure compliance with the quality management system to achieve operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

Team Management: Coordinate the activities of the quality operations team for both new launches and series projects.

Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for the customer on quality issues during the RFQ, launch, and mass production phases.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Process Control: Maintain and implement plant-level processes that affect product quality or safety.
