Description Job Summary:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of Quality Control and Assurance. Quality Supervisor will support the Quality team to ensure established rules for handling Quality issues are properly executed; these rules are meant to address Quality issues promptly while retaining profitability. They assign work to employees and oversee schedules under the guidance of their manager and human resources guidelines. Quality Supervisors train new employees on proper testing procedures, GMP expectations, and safety habits. The expectation of the Quality Supervisor is to handle day-to-day Quality activities; they are positioned to offer feedback on procedures and recommend improvements to management.
