Job Description

Our Client in East Hanover, NJ is looking for a hands-on Quality Supervisor to join their team! 

Hours: Mon - Fri 6AM - 2:30PM or 8AM - 5PM 
Pay: $85k - $110k 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises, trains and schedules inspectors. 
  • Suggest & Implement process improvements relative to increasing inspection efficiencies and reducing scrap.
  • Supervise the internal company audit program. 
  • Supervise calibration program. 
  • Analyze and process blueprints and specification changes.
  • Develop floor inspection blueprints, inspection methods and gaging.  
  • handle the toughest inspections using high-tech measuring equipment and build the setups needed to get the job done right
Requirements:
  • High School education plus two year college, technical certificate or equivalent work experience. 
  • 3-5 years experience in Quality Control/Assurance in a tightly toleranced indus...
