Quality Supervisor

Objectives of the position:

• Responsible for quality assurance in all site processes
• Ensure product delivery to the customer with zero defects
• Creation and updating of quality control plan, taking into account the product, the production process, the size of the samples; frequency; the tests to be carried out; Specifications and acceptance limits
• Responsible for monitoring and communicating quality KPIs
• Plan and Organize the implementation of the Quality Management program
• Direct communication and provide the required support for customer requirements
• Manage internal and external complaints to ensure effective corrective actions are implemented

Requirements and skills:

• College degree or above, Industrial or Electrical Engineer. At least 3 years or above
• Essential conversational English
