Job Summary:
The Quality Supervisor oversees a team of Quality Training Specialists to execute the activities required to meet IES training and quality standards.
General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with Quality Manager to establish company's quality procedures, standards and specifications for all business units.Define and train quality procedures to team and operations staff.Review reports done by team to ensure customer requirements are met.Ensure that manufacturers’ specifications are met.Proactively look for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing data and recommendations.Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.Use relevant quality tools to make sure managers and other staff understand how to impr...
