What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead lab testing and quality activities – from daily operations to reporting and compliance
• Work with production teams – improving product yield, reducing waste, and enhancing process balance
• Support customer confidence – leading investigations and corrective actions on quality issues
• Manage audits and quality documentation – ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3+ years in quality or process engineering in mining, materials, or heavy industry
• Hands‑on experience with lab testing, SPC, or quality systems
• Exposure to ISO, customer audits, or QMS preferred
• Strong technical background with leadership ambition
