Job Description

Maintenance of the EESB Management System in compliance with the industry certification standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC17025, MID, MIR and ATEX/IECEx requirements.

Maintenance of the Documentation Control system to ensure all Management Systems related documentation are properly managed.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible to plan, coordinate and conduct regular internal audit to ensure the effectiveness Management System implementation and opportunities for improvement
  2. Follow up, monitor and ensure closure of audit finding within stipulated time.
  3. Ensure periodical review of risks registers related with Management System requirements (i.e., Risk and Opportunity Register, ISMS Risk, Environmental Aspect and Impact)
  4. Coordinating the Management Reviews on the performance of the management systems.
