Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System / ISO 9001 & IATF 16949.
• Coordinate, plan, execute and support internal and external audits of the QMS.
• Establishes and maintains the audit plan LPA
• Analyze quality system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead projects to enhance process efficiency and reduce non-conformities.
• Manage Document Control module on Intranet
• Review control and distribute Customer Quality Manuals.
• Review control and distribute Customer Specific Requirements
• Review of customer websites for performance verification and claims notifications.
• Updates monthly customer satisfaction report
• Supports daily scrap and production performance indicators.
• Support to prepare weekly meeting report.
