We are looking for Quality Systems Coordinator to join our Delicias Team, Delicias Chih., Mex.

The purpose of this position is to manage the area of ​​non-conforming material, to ensure the identification, segregation and provision of all raw materials and / or finished products that are not suitable for manufacturing. Maintain close communication with internal and external suppliers for the solution of material defects, as well as follow up on products that by their nature require inspections of Limited Shelf Life.

 Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Computer skills, Windows, office.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Ability to manage personnel.

  • English- 80%, proficient.

  • knowledge on advanced Excel Pivot & VLOOKUP.

  • Internal and external audits.

    • Skills Required

  • Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.

  • Acceptance sampling and use of ANSI Table.

  • SAP Material Movement Module.

  • SAP Quality Notifications Module.

  • Interpretation of specification drawings.

    • Duties & Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for managing the area of non-conforming material.

  • Monitors the storage and handling of materials protected in MRB.

  • Request the disposal of non-conforming materials through rework and / or scrap.

  • Send weekly reports of non-conforming product inventory protected in MRB.

  • Request action plans from internal and / or external suppliers.

  • his position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures.
