**Quality Systems & Digitalization Manager**
**Your task and Responsabilities**:
- To manage the Quality System: QMR, Critical GMP systems (OOS, Deviations, Change Control, Complaints), Annual product review, Recall &Mock Recall.
- To develop the automatic system to obtain data base for analysis and decisions. (Data ROBOTs).
- To manage the human resources (software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists), technology, systems according with Global Data Integrity and Smart Factory PH &CH policies and directives.
- Control & monitor various Smart Factory &Lean Lab performance measurement systems and look for ways to improve and recommend the actions and investment needed to accomplish the goals.
- To develop the Data Analytics strategy to implement in the Site, directing the digitalization efforts to expand and optimize our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams.
