Quality Tech $15-16.75

The Quality Technician is responsible for a variety of tasks including performing audits of facilities and processes for compliance and inspect product weights and lengths. This position will work in the plant and lab.

•Ensure compliance to all regulatory standards including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), SSOP’s (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures), etc.

• Maintain full compliance with the Metal Detection Program and associated requirements

• Maintain full compliance with internal SOPs while maintaining integrity on designated paperwork

• Conduct quality audits such as third party audits, customer audits, and internal audits.

• Ensure compliance of the Traceability and Recall Management Systems

• Maintain full compliance with the Environmental Monitoring Program

• Manage and perform pre-operational and operational sanitation inspections
