Job Description

The resource, within the Quality Department, will support in the acitivites related to Glass plants quality system.

Main activities:

  • Management of customer quality complaints

  • Support in management of all the quality requests from customers and suppliers
  • Monitoring of customers' production KPIs
  • Maintain the relationship with suppliers

    • Skills

  • Degree in Scientific field
  • A first experience in similar roles would be considered as a plus
  • Good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong MS Offices skills, expecially Excel
  • Prior knowledge of DocFinance, and/or Oracle Cloud system is a plus

    • Education:

    Degree in Scienfitic field

    Location:

    Parma - available for some trasnfers to Glass plants

    Type of contract: Fixed term - maternity cover
