Job Description

The Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the Rapid Response Center meets all QMS requirements in the course of business. This includes coordinating, facilitating, and maintaining records that drive adherence to the overall quality program.This role will promote continuous improvement and a collaborative environment to ensure compliance and growth in program elements within the Rapid Response Center and work closely with the QESH managers throughout the network.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Ensure quality program compliance at the Rapid Response Center
  • Responsible for the CAR & NCR process 
  • Lead quality issue resolution activities, including driving corrective actions across the Rapid Response Center
  • Identify and act on any immediate quality concerns and notify management 
  • Prepare and conduct all required Quality audits for the site
