Quality Technician

1. In-Process Quality Control & Inspection

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on parts, assemblies, and systems.
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, workmanship standards (e.g., IPC‑A‑610/620), and customer specifications.
• Record findings and ensure traceability throughout the production process.

2. Testing & System-Level Validation

• Execute system integration tests, functional tests, and precision measurement checks.
• Set up and operate specialized test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, environmental chambers, etc.).
• Identify non-conformances, anomalies, or performance deviations and elevate appropriately.

3. NCR Management & Root Cause Support

• Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when defects are detected.
• Support root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, or 8D.
